accomplishments as a Welcome Office Agent for W Santiago during the year 2014. As the front
Office Supervisor I had the distinct pleasure of working with and overseeing Robin on a variety
of operationai initiatives for the 6 months he interned at our Hotel. When Robin joined us, he did
not have any first-hand experience in Hotel Management, but he quickly exceeded our
expectations by completing new and challenging projects at a professional level. As an intern
that depends on a strong business strategy, Robin's work left a lasting impact on our
organization and piaces, one of our top five outstanding interns we have had in the past 5
years.
Robin's passion for understanding the hotel business is evident in his work. He helped develop
daily duties, taking care and arranging the welcome of groups, closing accounts and handling
money exchanges. He went above and beyond by volunteering to assist in every single way
he could.
Robin is unique in that he not only has a great service sense and the technical know-how to
contribute on a variety of work tasks, but he also learned quickly how to integrate these ideas
with our larger organizational objectives and this made it easy for us to trust him with medium-
level projects.
I therefore strongly recommend Robin. As the head of our Welcome Office team, I have no
doubt in my mind that Robin's diverse background has prepared him to take on new tasks. His
