manufacturing optimization processes. Trained production operators and other engineers/technicians.
Assisted engineers in running tests and collecting data from those tests to create new and improve existing
processes. Wrote and obtained approval for EECN’s to ensure effective continuation of processes. Analyzed
equipment data to determine source of variation and causes of equipment failure/malfunctions and worked
with maintenance to resolve issues. Disposition of discrepant wafers to ensure quality product is able to
proceed, and inferior/questionable material is either scrapped or held for engineering approval. Responded
to SPC violations and made corrections where needed. Provided clear verbal/written communication for
engineers and oncoming shifts technicians for continual optimization of production.
Trained and certified on the FIB analysis tool to support photo/etch engineers.
Assisted in the 8” product line running and trained operators/technicians on the 8” equipment and
ran the equipment while training and developing staff.
