1. Menyerahkan dan melengkapi berkas yang sudah di persyaratkan
sebelum mengikuti pembelajaran.
2. Mengisi Surat Pernyataan secara online dan link sudah disediakan
oleh panitia.
3. Peserta diklat harus hadir atau sudah masuk online di kelas virtual
15 (lima belas) menit dengan mengaktifkan kamera sebelum
pembelajaran dimulai (link kelas virtual sesuai yang sudah disediakan
oleh panitia).
4. Peserta diklat wajib mengikuti proses belajar mengajar sesuai
jadwal yang telah ditentukan setiap hari (Sesi I dan II).
Peserta diklat diwajibkan mengisi daftar hadir Sesi I dan II secara
online dan link sudah di sediakan oleh panitia.
5. Peserta diklat mengisi penilaian terhadap pengajar secara online
setiap selesai kegiatan pembelajaran dan link sudah di sediakan oleh
panitia.
6. Peserta diklat wajib memakai pakaian rapi, bersih dan sopan
sebagaimana yang telah ditentukan (celana panjang / rok bahan
berwarna gelap / hitam, kemeja putih / polos lengan panjang, berdasi)
tanpa terkecuali.
7. Peserta diklat tidak diperkenankan keluar masuk ruangan / kelas
virtual tanpa seijin panitia dan wajib mengaktifkan kamera selama
proses pembelajaran.
8. Peserta diklat diwajibkan mengikuti kegiatan pembukaan dan
penutupan diklat dengan mengaktifkan kamera dan suara mikrofon
dinonaktifkan (link untuk pembukaan dan penutupan di sediakan
panitia).
9. Peserta diklat diwajibkan membuat tugas perorangan dan kelompok
yang di berikan oleh pengajar di kirim melalui google clasroom.
10. Seluruh wajib mempelajari Materi TOT dan mengerjakan Tugas
untuk melalui Google Classroom yang telah disediakan oleh pihak
PPSDM Perhubungan Laut.
