i. Find three strong trees,
which are approximately the
same distance apart (in a

ii. Now do this two more times to make the
base. It should now look like this. Don’t
forget about the nails to hold up the logs and
the rope to secure them.

iii. Now that the base is made, you can start to
assemble the floor logs. Try to space them

should all be put in place before you start to
nail them down. When nailing the first nail,
hammer down on a fifty degree angle, then a
fifty degree angle up.

iv. Now the floor is almost done! Take your
plywood and measure it out so that the
biggest peaces are at the larger end. Once
the plywood is all laid out you can start to
nail the sheets down. Put a nail for each log,
two in the middle and one en either side.

v. Now that you have a floor you can build the
safety rails! The rails are almost the same as
the base. First put up two of the logs from
point A-C and C-B about 1m of the floor.

vi. Now take the 1m log and place it two meters
away from tree “A” (horizontally).

tree “A” and the now log (vertically).
viii. The tree fort is now complete, all you need
now is a ladder.
