This document discusses the importance of professionals behaving kindly. It begins by defining profession and explaining that people work hard to establish good lives and careers. However, some professionals now abuse their power and allow anger rather than patience to control their actions, as seen in a video of a police officer shooting a mother and child. As teachers also take oaths to act professionally, they should not let personal problems interfere and must be kind to students, as kindness cannot be denied in any role. The conclusion stresses that all people should be kind in their actions, as you never know what others may be experiencing.

Be Kind People
Profession is either the act of taking the vows of a religious community, or an act of openly
declaring or publicly claiming a belief, faith or opinion according to the Merriam Webster. In simplest
word it is called an occupation or work It is where all people dreamed to be able to settle a good and
worthy life in the future. This is the reason why people study and work hard for the betterment of their
lives. Wherein a profession teaches an individual to be strong and independent person to be able to
provide all their needs rather than their wants.
On the other hand, professionals are the individuals who ought to have a behavior that
everyone follows and salutes. However, nowadays professionals abuse their authority sometimes. They
can’t control themselves as to what the situation they are facing. Their actions depend on their anger
rather than their patience and love that they possesses.
One example is the viral video that the police shot the head of the mother and her child
wherein the police were detained and he was removed as police officer. This is a scenario that before
taking the oath to be a professional they must be ready for all the responsibilities and obligations they
will be facing so they must act professionally too.
They cannot deny the fact that professionals like the teachers have been committing sins too
like the normal ones. Sometimes they act uncontrollably, however they should be responsible on what
their actions leading them. Because before taking a job or work they have pledge and they must not
include their personal problems into their professional lives. Therefore, teachers must be kind to their
pupils and students.
In conclusion, before taking an action be kind. Whether your professional or not always be
kind. Because you might not know what a student or pupil is going through.
