1. What kinds of information do you
remove?
We remove your name, addresses, phone numbers, email
addresses, and variations on each of these. In some cases,
we may be able to help you remove additional types of
information, such as compensation or property listings.
2. How many sites do you remove
my information from?
We currently remove you from up to 25 online data
brokers. The exact number varies because these sites
come and go. We are constantly updating our list of sites
we can remove your data from, and when a new site is
added to the list, you’ll be opted out automatically.
3. If I find a site with my information
on it, can you remove it?
Yes. Not all data brokers honor removal requests, and
others will do so only in specific circumstances. If you
see a site you’d like to be removed from, let us know and
we will research the feasibility.
4. Why is this a subscription service?
The algorithms used by data brokers constantly create new
records about you. If they find your information in a new
source or with a slight variation in how it is presented, they
will often re-list you, even if you have previously opted out.
To keep you protected, we monitor these sites regularly
and issue new opt-out requests as needed.
5. What is included in my reports?
You will see an overview of the personal data we
are protecting, a list of past and current privacy
vulnerabilities, an accounting of the steps we’ve taken
