provided the Executive Officer and the Command team while working as the Executive
Officer's Personal Assistant. Thrust into the position with little or no prior knowledge of the
intricate workings of a headquarters, you were able to quickly grasp the day to day functions,
organisethe ExecutiveOfficer'sdiaryto ensurethat all commitments were attended to.
In your role as the Executive Officer's Personal Assistant your drive, dedication and
determination to achieve Command initiatives are testament to your good character. No task
was too difficultto complete and this ensured that any functionor event was coordinated and
conducted in a manner that enabled Command to have faith that all was in place for success,
particularlywhen these events involved important members ofthe public.
Your organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as, your cheerful nature have improved
the morale of the Command building. This has allowed the Executive Officerto concentrate
on the core function of ensuring HMAS Cerberus is running as an effective training
