Feb 2009 – Jul 2010 Senior Traffic Analyst – Supplier Follow Up Team Leader
In this role, I served as the main contact for seven international clients, developed the processes, and provided supplier
follow up services for all of their North American supplier material that was delivered through the North American
Consolidation Center. To provide these follow up services, I selected and managed three team members to follow the
developed processes and provide the services required by the client. Prior to and during implementation I led daily, weekly,
and monthly meetings with the clients to provide project and status updates, ensure their expectations were being met,
identify areas for continuous improvement, and provide action plans where needed.

While working in CDS Transportation, my main focus was on implementing a solution for an external client, working with the
client, Transportation Procurement, and Caterpillar Remanufacturing Operations Team, to provide transportation and core
inspection of all their core return. To provide the solution, I worked closely with all members of a 6 Sigma team and
developed a LTL consolidation network across the United States. I was also involved in other projects to increase the
velocity of parts flowing through the CDS network.
