-Coxswain (boat driver)- Best boat driver Navy has! As lead SEARCH AND RESCUE BOAT
COXSWAIN I was in charge to safely drive a small boat out in the open ocean to look for possible

-Stationed at COMPACFLT in Honolulu Hawaii FLAG STAFF DUTY. Myself and 6 others worked for
the 4 star admiral of the pacific fleet and maintained his luxurious

As guide/narrator I gave tours of the Pearl Harbor attack to foreign dignitaries from all over the
world along with our fellow active/retired military personnel. I would take calls and schedule
appointment, directions, guidelines of rules and regulations and schedule who would do the
tour. Usually in groups of 40 or less I gave a introduction of the boathouse, followed by a
narrated walk through of our museum where I would show how the attack hurt us
tremendously. Then I would guide them in our theatre as they watch video documentary of the
attack of Pearl Harbor. Lastly the tour closed with a narrated tour while I drove the boat around
Ford Island, stopping at the USS ARIZONA and then back to the boat house. In those three years

the paint. I had the option to also work the register and did customer service whenever I could. I

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS.
Small Arms. 9mm, Shotgun, M4, M16, .50 Cal, M-240
Non-Lethal. Baton, Pepper Spray, L Rad, Laser Dazzler
-Bilingual in English and Spanish, novice in writing and reading it but intermediate in speaking
Spanish.
-Being in the United States Navy and as a Boatswain Mate we have the opportunity in working
and communicating to nationalities from all over the world. From working with them to working
for them we have a well understanding that we are all equal in some way or the other. I have
been entitled in various task from extremely dangerous duties, to telling a narrative historical
event to people from all over the world.
-As a 2nd class Petty Officer I have had to write countless of Performance Evaluations for our
junior personnel. These Evals have to be routed up to our Platoon Officers for reviewing and
signing. As a Convoy Commander, for every evolution involving movement of our boats and
trucks, I have to submit a convoy brief explaining to our Platoon Officer who, what, when, and
where of the transit. As a Repair Parts Petty Officer, I would have to do the required research
and explain to my chief in writing why the part I found is better then the one we are using, along
with pricing quotes and pictures. While enrolled in Chaminade University I completed the
courses Intro to Expository Writing and Expository Writing and received A' s on both.
-One of my most memorable experiences in the Navy was being stationed at CINCPACFLT
BOATHOUSE. My job there was to Narrate and give guided tours to hundreds of military and
civilian families from all over the world. Once I started the position, I had to do the research of
the attack and explain the significance our compound had during the Pearl Harbor Attack and
collaborate it into my tour. We also have a museum with models and maps of the attack where I
would take my tour back in time and show them the devastation our Nation had endured. After
that, I then would take them on a 40 ft. boat around Ford Island where I would stop at the USS
ARIZONA memorial and show them the sunken ship. The days we would not have a tour I would
take the initiative to led a team to preserve and maintain the 74 year old boathouse all while
making reservations for upcoming tours. We also had the pleasure of giving foreign military
dignitaries special private tours where our 4 Star Admiral would host and we would provide a
luxurious wine and dine historical evening.
-Even before the military I was promoted warehouse manager at Monarch Paint Co. I had 5 guys
and a delivery driver that I had to make sure were always working and doing what had to be
done at our most busiest warehouses in Houston. There I trained my co-workers how to mix
paint, work together, and strive to make our facility the best. Once in the military as soon as I
made 3rd class Petty Officer I became a supervisor to my junior personnel and had to train them
on every dangerous and important job we had on the air craft carrier, USS GEORGE
WASHINGTON. As a Boatswain Mate I have had countless number of undesignated personnel
that I have mentored and showed them the way of the navy and the many jobs the navy had to
offer. I have motivated all my junior personnel to never give up and to work hard for what they
believe in. A Boatswain Mates instinct is to help others, motivate and always train to make
things safer and better.

From working with them to working for them we have a well understanding that we are all equal in some way or the other. I have been entitled in various task from extremely dangerous duties, to telling a narrative historical event to people from all over the world. -As a 2nd class Petty Officer I have had to write countless of Performance Evaluations for our junior personnel. These Evals have to be routed up to our Platoon Officers for reviewing and signing. As a Convoy Commander, for every evolution involving movement of our boats and

As a Repair Parts Petty Officer, I would have to do the required research and explain to my chief in writing why the part I found is better then the one we are using, along with pricing quotes and pictures. While enrolled in Chaminade University I completed the courses Intro to Expository Writing and Expository Writing and received A' s on both. -One of my most memorable experiences in the Navy was being stationed at CINCPACFLT BOATHOUSE. My job there was to Narrate and give guided tours to hundreds of military and civilian families from all over the world. Once I started the position, I had to do the research of the attack and explain the significance our compound had during the Pearl Harbor Attack and collaborate it into my tour. We also have a museum with models and maps of the attack where I would take my tour back in time and show them the devastation our Nation had endured. After that, I then would take them on a 40 ft. boat around Ford Island where I would stop at the USS ARIZONA memorial and show them the sunken ship. The days we would not have a tour I would take the initiative to led a team to preserve and maintain the 74 year old boathouse all while making reservations for upcoming tours. We also had the pleasure of giving foreign military dignitaries special private tours where our 4 Star Admiral would host and we would provide a luxurious wine and dine historical evening. -Even before the military I was promoted warehouse manager at Monarch Paint Co. I had 5 guys and a delivery driver that I had to make sure were always working and doing what had to be done at our most busiest warehouses in Houston. There I trained my co-workers how to mix paint, work together, and strive to make our facility the best. Once in the military as soon as I made 3rd class Petty Officer I became a supervisor to my junior personnel and had to train them on every dangerous and important job we had on the air craft carrier, USS GEORGE WASHINGTON. As a Boatswain Mate I have had countless number of undesignated personnel that I have mentored and showed them the way of the navy and the many jobs the navy had to offer. I have motivated all my junior personnel to never give up and to work hard for what they believe in. A Boatswain Mates instinct is to help others, motivate and always train to make things safer and better. AREA OF EXPERTISE.
