Years of experience on board of ships engaging international trades and one
year of military service on board of navy ships, allowed me to develop an
excellent mental elasticity and skills of leadership, giving to me it the actual
work life the opportunity to manage in the best way shipboard operations,
assessing the risks and understand the priorities on leading properly crew
members to perform their tasks in safe way.
Tecnical skills I have got excellent competence of ship’s maneuver, cargo handling and
stowage, ship’s operation control and crew personnel management and care,
sanitary hygiene and HACCP, maintenance of deck equipment including
cargo gears such as cargo cranes etc.
