To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Robert Deremer. I was responsible for the customer satisfaction on certain
accounts at Technical Resource Group (TRG). Lockheed Martin/US Gypsum was my
responsibility on issues that included revenue, team development and overall satisfaction.
I worked with Regina Earp while she was employed at TRG.
I hired Regina and recognized immediately that she had strong leadership traits and
promoted her to Team Leader in 3 months. She became responsible for the Lockheed
Martin/US Gypsum account. She handled it professionally, responsibly and very
effectively. She made it possible for me to concentrate on other accounts because I had
the utmost faith in Regina’s ability to keep the account in favorable standing. She
maintained an 89% quality of service percentage throughout her Team Leader role on the
account.
Some of Regina’s everyday roles and responsibilities as a Team Leader and part of the
support team were:
• Immediate response to customer phone calls, e-mails, and issues.
• Responding to support team needs and requests.
• Pooling together necessary resources or departments to help resolve customer
concerns.
• Sending reports on open/closed cases, RMA status and various other manual reports
to customer contacts.
• Taking part in conference calls with customer and technical contacts.
• Following up on action items from conference calls.
• Reviewing customer satisfaction reports.
• Maintaining a great working relationship with support team, technicians, customer
executives and continue on-going relationship to help build the team.
Regina is a good employee and someone that I would not have a problem hiring again.
