Ms. Earp has assisted the US Postal Service IT operation for several years on various projects including analyzing WAN circuit bandwidth needs, coordinating vendors, and fulfilling orders for new network equipment. She served as a liaison between the Postal Service and cable installation vendors. The author states Ms. Earp is polite, conscientious, and would be an excellent addition to any organization.

It is my understanding that Ms. Earp is applying for a position within your organization.
As an IT Specialist for the United States Postal Service, I’d like to point out that Ms. Earp has
assisted our busy New York Information Technology operation for several years on a number of
projects.
She assisted us with analyzing the proper WAN circuit bandwidth needs for our numerous stations
and then played a role in coordinating which vendor would be the most cost effective for the US
Postal Service to go into contract with.
On the LAN side, she assisted us with fulfilling numerous orders for new CISCO switch hardware
that was required for either expansion or replacement needs of older network equipment. Without
Ms. Earp’s timely processing for several of our equipment requests, numerous Postal operations
would have been impacted.
In other instances, Ms. Earp served as a liaison between our District and several different cable
installation vendors, who were regularly needed as we expanded operations into other buildings
that we were opening up for Postal use.
Ms. Earp has always been a very polite and conscientious person who was a pleasure to work with.
I’m sure that she would be an excellent addition to your team within your organization.
