MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. YOU’LL BE IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND TO DISCOVER YOUR PASSIONS AND HELP
OTHERS DISCOVER THEIRS. I CAN SAY PERSONALLY, GOING FOR A LONG WALK OR JOG WITH MY DOG OR
SPENDING AN HOUR IN THE GYM LIFTING AWAY MY STRESS GREATLY HELPS CLEAR MY HEAD.
MY RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS. I FEEL WHEN WE’RE PREOCCUPIED WITH SOMETHING THAT’S NOT GOING RIGHT
IN OUR LIVES, OUR RELATIONSHIPS CAN SUFFER. WE MAY BECOME INATTENTIVE AND DISTANT WITH THOSE WE
LOVE. AND A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE CAN UNDERMINE THE JOY AND SPONTANEITY IN ANY RELATIONSHIP. SOMETIMES
THE PEOPLE CLOSE TO US BEGIN TO PULL AWAY BECAUSE OF THE NEGATIVE ENERGY WE’RE PUTTING OUT. TO ME
MY CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS ARE THE MOST VALUABLE PART OF MY LIFE.
LEARNING. I ALWAYS LIKE TO TRY TO FIND SOMETHING MILDLY INTERESTING AND BEGIN LEARNING EVERYTHING I
CAN ABOUT IT. IT CAN BE A USEFUL SKILL OR SIMPLY AN ENJOYABLE ACTIVITY THAT INVOLVES RESEARCH AND
LEARNING. WHATEVER PEAKS MY INTEREST AT THE TIME I TEND TO RESEARCH, I LOVE TO IMMERSE MYSELF IN IT.

WAS BEST FOR ME. I ALSO ALWAYS FELT THAT WHEN PEOPLE SEE YOUR DETERMINATION AND DRIVE IT
FUELS THEM TO DO BETTER TOO OR HELP YOU AND WORK TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE THAT GOAL.
• LOVING IS WHAT I FEEL EVERYTHING REVOLVES AROUND, IT IS NOT JUST FOR RELATIONSHIPS OR YOUR
SPOUSE OR FAMILY. LOVING WHAT YOU DO, YOURSELF, AND OTHERS IS WHAT MAKES THE WORLD GO
ROUND AND I PERSONALLY FEEL YOU HAVE TO KNOW LOVE TO EVER PROSPER IN LIFE WHETHER IT IS LOVE
FOR A JOB, A CAR, A PERSON, OR A PASSION LOVE IS WHAT DRIVES US AS HUMANS.
AT THE CORE, I BELIEVE IN INVESTING THE TIME, EFFORT, RESOURCES, RELATIONSHIPS, AND RESPECT INTO
MY PEERS. THESE CAN BE CRITICAL IF WE ARE TO REACH OUR FULL POTENTIAL. EMPOWERING PEERS TO
