Form Your Sub Team
Visually Lay Out Your Community
• Google Maps is a great place to start!
• Look for:
– Community Centers
– Local Businesses
– Rotary Clubs, Free Masons, Other Social
Clubs
• Make a list/spreadsheet/poster of all the
information
Organize Your Assets
• Find the best strategy for your
team
–Excel, binder, word document,
google doc, whatever
• Make notes about what places
you’d like to follow up with
–Contact Information
–Best person to talk to
–Mission statements (if available)
Follow Up!!!!!!!!!!
Guided Brainstorming
• What are some ways to engage people in
your community?
• Who is already supporting you in your
community?
–How can they be helpful?
• What is the one thing you really want to
accomplish this season?
• What are some next steps?
