Overview
 Major relocation and expansion projects worked on throughout
 Asia-Pacific include:
 Tokyo - Roppongi Hills, Mita Twin Building, Shinjuku Park Tower
 Hong Kong - Two IFC, Man Yee
 Mumbai; Sydney; Singapore; Seoul (3); Beijing; Bangkok, Shanghai
 Corporate Services responsibilities included client areas, kitchens,
 cafes, pantries, mail/print strategies, multimedia rooms and studio,
 office signage, records management
 Principle Corporate Services stakeholder for all projects
 Over 50% of time spent working on relocation or office expansion
 projects
 Presented budget and operating proposals to local and global
 Corporate Services management for approval
Achievements
Delivered Corporate Services functions including - Multimedia, Mail/Print, Executive and Employee
Dining, Computer Graphics, Business Information Services and Records Retention
Key Achievements:
  Relocation of 9 offices and 5 office expansion projects in Asia-Pacific giving a wide range of support to businesses
  Movement of over 3,000 staff throughout the region
  Key member of relocation task force involving Project team, CRE, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Security, Events
  Implemented mail/print strategies for each office:
    Streamlined services by centralization and collaboration with IT
    Gained saves on operational costs for all projects
    Gained energy efficiencies by reducing equipment and installing latest technologies
  Build-out of world class multimedia facilities throughout all offices
  Gained additional office space by advising businesses in off-site storage and records management
  Experienced in working with project teams, CRE, architects, engineers, cabling contractors in getting all projects delivered on time
  Worked closely with the businesses up-front to ensure services met their requirements
  Drafted detailed budget requests for build-out and running of CS services and presented to management for approval
  Worked closely with procurement team in vendor negotiation for build-out and running costs to be within budget
  Ensured Firm branding guidelines were being adhered to across all offices
  Designed and produced relocation newsletters, move handbooks and worked with IT on “My Move” website

Corporate Services stakeholder for delivering services on time and within budget across all
Corporate Services functions

Key Responsibilities:
  Key member of task force - some examples of responsibilities below:
    Business cards and stationary - change of contact information
    Reception and Switchboard - number forwarding, new directories
    Room booking changes and naming policy
    Design and coordination of move communication material - internal and external
    Telephone and fax number changes, working closely with IT
    Building signage - internal and external, adhering to branding guidelines
    Vending machines, pantry equipment
    Mail/Print operating policy, post office mail and courier services including security of inter-office deliveries within cities
    Multimedia support guidelines for client meeting rooms including video conference booking systems
    Archiving and storage of the Firms documentation including revised retention schedules for each business
    New location guides, support and emergency numbers, shops and restaurant discounts
  Hands-on involvement in the detailed design and running of client areas
  Detailed design of Mail and Print centers and distribution points
  Detailed design of pantries, kitchens, cafes and canteens including equipment and operating costs
  Detailed design of multimedia rooms including control rooms and studios
  Involved in all project related meetings for Corporate Services functions
  Kept track of change requests and budget impact
  Worked closely with business CAO’s around service requirements along with business growth - getting sign-off in advance
  Looked at potential streamlining of services, cost saves, new technologies and implementing environmental ideas when practical
  Presented updates and insight of new office locations to global CS management
