 Randall Isenberg is an attorney with more than 20 years’

Federal Trade Commission, as a district judge, and as an
assistant district attorney. His criminal law practice
includes defending high-profile executives, professional
athletes, licensed professionals, and celebrities. Randall
Isenberg is a Charter Member of the Criminal Justice Act
Voluntary Attorney Panel in the Dallas Division.
The Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Voluntary Panel Program
was created to improve the quality of legal representation
for those charged in federal criminal cases who are
financially unable to obtain counsel. The panel consists
of 200 attorneys in the Dallas Division who represent a
broad range of types of legal practices.

3. Criminal Justice Act
 To qualify, attorneys must have been a licensed
attorney for at least four years, have trial experience
in criminal cases, and be a member in good standing
with both the State Bar of Texas and with the United
States District Court for the Northern District of
Texas. Applicants must also be willing to serve for a
minimum of three years, agree to accept at least one
appointment per year, and take training in federal
criminal law annually. Court-appointed attorneys in
the program are paid $129.00 per hour for their time
spent in and out of the courtroom.
