Every project has a story to tell, it’s just that some are told better than others.
From developing a brand’s visual identity to building tailored web and app solutions. Selecting bespoke materials for packaging to the evolution of a product — we know that each element creates the overall experience for consumers.

4. Caffe Grande by Piccolino
Project Budget £1.4m (Size 801sq.m over 2 floors)
The site overlooks Manchester Town Hall in the city’s most treasured
historic asset. Piccolino Manchester was a significant site for the
operators too,The Individual Restaurant Company, who were looking
to double the size of the restaurant and improve their offering to
bring new meaning to all-day every-day dining. The competition locally
had increased significantly and a new concept was needed.
The Grande Café was a restaurant refurbishment and an extension.
The adjoining property had been vacant for some time and the
client acquired the lease during the financial recession, although had
been unable to do anything with it.The client wanted to create a
destination restaurant inspired by the Harrods Food Hall, with fresh
produce on display in theatre kitchens, deli counters, patisseries and a
pizza kitchen.

7. Fazenda
Project Budget £1.3m (Size 545sq.m)
Fazenda is based on the tradition of the Brazilian rodizio concept
where Passadores go from table to table carving 15 different cuts of
freshly-grilled meats for customers.
The site is situated at the heart of the vibrant Spinningfields area
of Manchester. The venue was designed to offer its guests an
opulent atmosphere with a dark, moodily sleek setting incorporating
luxurious leather, smooth lines and large candle chandeliers. Fazenda
also boasts an outdoor area with a retractable roof which enables
customers to use it all year round.
This was the first of a series of restaurants we’ve designed for the
Fazenda group which is rapidly expanding throughout the UK.

10. Opera Grill
Project Budget £3.0m (Size 768sq.m over 2 floors)
Opera Grill is a vibrant dining destination under restaurant group
Individual Restaurant Company, combining an effortless contemporary
design with conviviality and a show-stopping sense of theatre.
The kitchen area is open to viewing by customers, in a display that is
similar to a deli experience. Diners can see their food right in front of
them from before being prepared and cooked – and even choose their
own steak from the display.
The restaurant maintains a luxurious design, being hi-spec throughout.
We incorporated lots of detail and materials such as brass,Arabescato
marble, high-grade leather and reclaimed timber.

in Piccadilly during the noughties. The new ident draws its roots
from the original mark but with a modern edgy, perhaps anarchic

16. Dirty Harry’s Soho
Dirty Harry’s is an American style fusion bar, inspired by classic
Hollywood blockbusters - cocktails and good times is very much
the flavour.
As an alternative to formal clubbing, Dirty Harry’s showcases
live bands, bar top dancing and the best in street food pop-up.
The ident draws on this raw, unruly urban feel capturing the free
spirited nature of this bar concept.

19. Secret Location
The challenge was in capturing the essence of the Vancouver concept
store’s unique brand, and applying it to different stages of the
customer experience.
Our approach was to attention to detail where you might least
expect it.Taking the store’s existing brand and ethos of originality,
quality and craftsmanship, we created bespoke designs to
complement the unique in-store experience – from the desirable,
uniquely designed carrier bag right down to the small, sublime coffee
cups for the store’s café.

Moyses Stevens is the oldest multistore florist in London, they
required a delicate rebranding of their original logo and refining of
