What We’ve Heard:
•! The community wants an innovative, inclusive facility that
meets that majority of programmatic and recreational needs
for everyone.
•! Current facility lacks safe and easy access for all residents,
especially for the senior population.
•! Many seniors and young families living in community.
•! Many seniors choosing to age in place.
•! Overall need for cohesion between facility and park
elements.
•! Consistent community engagement is important to
residents and the success of the project.
