As an Operation Manager of IBM GPS BTO Business Consulting Services, I
am pleasured to recommend Raul Garcia Aguilar. Raul was working for 2
projects for all main processes in our outsourcing centre. It was OTC
(Order to Cash), ITP (Invoice to Pay) and finally RTR (Record to Report)
where I was his direct supervisor.
Raul showed that he learns the process fast and he is able to solve
problems on his own.
