Steps:
 Create a Sale Order with items
 Selectthe load,by clicking on “Load planningworkbrench loads”
 AssignRoute
 Release loadto warehouse
Create a salesorder,selectthe deliveryterms
Selectthe itemwithproperdimensionsgroups,andmake the manual reservationof the order

2. Clickon the tab “Warehouse Management” andthenonthe option “Loadplanningworkbrench Loads”
Selectthe saleslinesandclickon“To new load”or youcan addit to an existedone,selectthe load
template thatfitthe capacityof the load.

3. Once you selectthe template,gothe bottomformand clickon the option “Ratingand routing” andclick
on “Rate route workbrench”
In the form“Rate route workbrench”,here youcansee the rates accordingto the routesratesor the
engines,here the systemwilldisplaythe differentoptionstomake the delivery,there are tooptions
clickingon“Route withrate” or “Rate”.

4. Once you selectthe route rate,clickonthe button“Assign”
Go back to the form “Load planningworkbrench”andclickonthe button“Release”the on“Validate
load”. To checkif everythingisworkingasitsupposedtobe.

5. Once the load waschecked,clickonthe button “Release” thenonthe button “Release towarehouse”
Here we can see thata Load, shipmentandworkidwas createdtobe make it.The statusof the load
change to posted.

6. Thiswindowshowsthe waves,worksandloadscreated.
Go to the module of “warehouse management”andentertothe “wave”where youcan see the
informationrelatedlike“works”,“loads”and“shipment”

7. Enter tothe “Work” incase youwant to see the tasksthat needtobe performed
Usingthe device onthe warehouse,entertothe menuof outbound,andthenselectpicksalesorder.
Enter the Work ID numberorthe Locationnumber,thiscanbe scanneditwitha properdevice.Enter
the amountof the itemspicked.

8. Thenenterto the work“Put” selectthe locationandlicense plate where the itemswillbe puttobe
loaded.
Goingback to the work form,we can see that the workswere closed.

9. In orderto add chargesto the SO, go to the salesorderslinesandclickon“Financials”then“Maintain
charges”
Selectthe chargesregardingtothe freight

10. Performthe loadbygoingto the form “Load planningworkbrench”, clickon the button “Appointment
scheduling” tobookthe appointment
Enter the data needitto performthe appointment,date,hour,tractorand trailernumber.

11. Once the data is confirm,byclickon the button“Firmthe appointment”
By clickingon“Drivercheck-inandcheck-out”the drivercanstart to record thathe beginthe shipment
and hitthe road.

12. Thenthe driverhas to fill all the dataneedit,driverlicense,name,trailernumber.Tomake the check-in
to start the journey.
Once the driverfinishedupthe load,he hasto make the check-outof the appointment.

13. Come back to the form“Load planningworkbench”andregisterthe “Outboundshipment”.
Thenyou wouldsee thatthe shipmentisconfirmed,readytobe done.

14. On the form“Load planningworkbench”we canconsultthe amountsof the freight,byclickingon
“relatedinformation”,thenon“Freightbill details”.
In thisformwe can see thatthe amountsfor eachparts of the freight

15. By clickingonthe button“Generate freightbill”the charge wouldbe addedtothe SalesOrder.
