3. Charges & Payment Terms
Database Recruitment:
• CTC : 0 – 5 Lacs - 8.33% + Service Tax
• CTC : 5– 10 Lacs – 10 % + Service Tax
• CTC – 10 Lacs – 15 Lacs – 12 % + Service Tax
• CTC : 15 Lacs – 20 Lacs - 16 % + Service Tax
• CTC : 20 Lacs & above – 25 % + Service Tax
• Charges are calculated on Fixed Annual CTC
• Excluding PLI , Bonus
Terms of Agreement
Yaccess Obligation:
• Ensure accurate flow of information to the candidates about the client mapping
of the client’s requirement to identify the right resource and vice-versa.
• Provide carefully short listed profiles to the client for consideration and
subsequent interview.
• Co-ordinate between candidates and the client for getting the requisite
interviews conducted.
• Assist the client in finalizing the right candidate and facilitate the final
recruitment.
• In the event of the appointed candidate leaving the services within 3 months of
joining, Yaccess undertakes to provide a replacement free of charges.
Client’s Obligation:
• Provision of a detailed job description.
• Provide true and accurate information regarding itself.
• Maintain the requisite confidentiality of the profiles provided.
• Inform Yaccess promptly on appointing a candidate referred.
4. • In the event of recruiting a candidate whose profile was supplied by Yaccess,
within a period of six months, the client shall abide by the terms of this
agreement.
• Clearance of the service Fee Invoice, within a period of 20 days, of the joining
of the selected candidates.
Tax:
Service tax @ 14.5% shall be applicable on all amounts invoiced under this
agreement. The same may be subject to change as per notifications of the
Government of India.
Validity:
This agreement shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its signing.
