Remarks
Some thoughts/ ideas:
- If you are not able to get your entire Inbox to zero (and this will certainly happen in
the initial days/ weeks), try to get it to at least Zero Inbox for today (i.e. no pending
e-mails from today in your Inbox). This will also make it easier for you to get to a
Zero Inbox on the following day, as you will have a smaller backlog to clear. If this
too is hard for you, try to at least end each day with a smaller Inbox backlog than the
previous day
- Try to aim for ‘Zero Inbox’ as of a certain point of time during the day (E.g. 4 p.m.).
You need not necessarily end the day with a zero inbox
