• Execute the energy conservation program, monitor HLP consumption on Daily,
MTD, & YTD basis.
• Make a schedule for maintenance all facility equipment and guest room.
• Recommend changes in processes, material and equipment in order to enhance
service levels & improve the operational efficiency.
• Assisting in managing the physical plant, including equipment, refrigeration,

system.
