• Hardware
• Software
• furniture etc
Company’s assets goes under accounts
department responsibility.
Anyone can raise concern dropping an email
regarding the same to accounts executive.
Salary issues
• Employees bonus and overtime to be provided
by the team leader.
• Employees leave and late entry leave are
calculated by hr.
• The final salary amount of the employee was
prepared by accounts executive .
• Accounts executive will do assessment of any
issues related to the amount credited to you as
salary
Internet issues
• Resolve connection at all working hours
• Talk with the internet service provider
• Manage concerns related to its payment
• Raise complaint for poor speed
• Follow up to have technicians to fix
Identity Card
• Assist employees for needful information
• Escalate them for approvals
• Process to the vendor
• Receive and handover the employee
• Complete process within 7 days max
Inventory
• Make inventory of assets
• Make inventory of works(vendors)
• Maintain the in-flow and out-flow
• Raise concern for any deficiency
• Resolve with coordination to authorities
Bank Accounts
• Collect Employee Details
• Open Account in Bank
• Collect accessories from Bank
• Process to the Employee
• Process Grievances
Budget
• Make budget for vendors works
• Collect Quotation from Multi Vendors
• Negotiate to the best of market
• Execute in Coordination
• Receive necessity approvals
• Make sheet for office expenses
Pantry
• Hygiene of Pantry
• Stocks of perishable items
• Decorum of amenities
• Utmost condition of the accessories
• Relevant budget & Processings
