Letter of Recommendation
I regard Rahul Mittal as a highly dedicated, enthusiastic individual, here working in Torrent Power
ltd. Through our interactions, I noticed his much strength. I have long been impressed by his diligence
and work ethics. He had demonstrated outstanding leadership and maintained a clear sense of
purpose. He maintained an excellent rapport with colleagues. In his tenure, he was able to gain
knowledge of his process. He is also constantly looking for new challenges, skill building and
developing a resourceful network of colleagues that respect and admire.
I personally believe that his independent thinking and an innovative mind would certainly allow him
to pursue his degree productively. He grabbed everybody's attention due to his admirable leadership
qualities and by virtue of his finishing the task before the deadline. He Took training in various
departments of torrent power ltd like substation department , Transformer and switchgear
department(TSD), Extra high voltage(EHV),High tension cell (HT),Extra high Tension(EHTC), Mains(all
areas) department, ABT and SCADA. He had also work on low tension panels. Currently he is in
operation and maintenance department of EHV. He is assigned a role to look after the Substation
maintenance along with testing of equipment’s in the substation including gas insulated substation
(GIS).
He manages to turn unconstructive circumstances into positive learning experiences. He also never
gives up and appreciates positive criticism that can only make him grow. Rahul has passion for his
work that he exhibit with his effort. I am sure Rahul Mittal with his credentials would turn-out his
best in all his future endeavors.
