2. Goal Analysis
It is defined as a technique that is used to analyze a goal to
identify a sequence of operation and decisions that are
required to achieve them
It consists of two different steps which are creating a goal
statement and identifying the major steps.
3. Goal: A broad, general statement of an instructional
intent, expressed in terms of what learners will be able
to do.
Objectives: A statement of what the learners will be
expected to do when they have completed a specified
course of instruction, stated in terms of observable able
performances.
4. Human capabilities: A talent or ability that has potential
for development or use.
Courses: program of study: a program of study or
training, especially one that leads to a degree or
certificate from an educational institution.
5. Instruction: A set of events or activities presented in a
structured or planned way, through one or more media,
with the goal of having learners achieve prespecified
behaviors.
Verbal information: Requirement to provide a specific
response to relatively specific stimuli; involves recall
of information.
6. Educational goal is defined as a process that involves
identifying objectives, selecting attainable short-term
goals and then formulating a plan for attaining those
goals.
Educational objective is defined as a brief statement
that usually describes what students will be expected
to learn by the end of the school year, course, unit,
lesson, project, or class period.
7. The similarities between goals and objectives are that
they both are essentially achievements and
accomplishments that you are dedicated to. They are
also both tools for accomplishing what you want to
achieve. The differences are that goals are typically
long term while objectives on the other hand are short
term.
Goals are hard to quantify or put in a timeline, but
objectives on the other hand should be given a timeline
to be more effective.

9. Educational goals, human capabilities, objectives, courses, and
instruction are all relatable in terms of education. Educational
goals are less structured than objectives are, and objectives are
in a sense very similar to goals. Human capabilities are talents
will the potential for development to form. Courses are the
training and studies that are being received. Instruction is a
structured set of events or an activity that has the goal of
helping learners achieve behaviors.

11. Verbal Information is defined as an organized body of
knowledge that is acquired.
Intellectual Skills is defined as having the knowledge
of how to do something.
Cognitive Strategies is defined as a manner used to aid
learners to guide their attending, learning, and
remembering.
12. Attitude is defined as an internal state that is developed
with the purpose to influence the personal reaction
towards people, events, or things.
Motor skills are defined as having the ability to
perform precise, smooth, and accurate performances
with solely muscle movement.
13. Teachers and instructors developing the ability to tell
the differences between the types of learning is very
important. The reason why is because if they have that
knowledge they can incorporate the children in their
classroom learning styles into instruction and also
choose different materials that will help the students
learn more effectively.
