  36. Corporate deals 1. Volume A fixed contract price based on mutually agreed objectives. The objective is re-examined once or twice a year and the price level is adjusted to the volume. Availability either LRA or NLRA. Pricing is based on hotel-specific objectives and is more precise than before for corporate customers. Benefit -> earlier scattered volume through better centralisation = Better price for home hotel 2. BarCor/WebCor A fixed discount in euros from the day’s price, 10 or 15 euros. Very well suited for customers whose number of days spent in each locality is difficult to predict. Complements the fixed prices and is also tied to the objectives. Availability always NLRA. The content of WebCor prices is the same as that of BarCor prices, but WebCor prices are available with a slightly lower daily objective. WebCor prices come with the extra conditions that the method of payment is credit card or cash on-site and that rooms can only be booked via the S Group’s channels (internet and sales service). Benefit -> the 5 euro discount has been removed and replaced with a more motivating benefit and a booking channel which is more efficient for us = better conversion for customer price = better yield. 3. Hybrid A hybrid agreement is a combination of the above two price types – in other words, an agreement with both fixed prices and floating prices based on the day’s price.
  37. Meeting alternatives Agreements   There are five price levels for meeting prices: the day’s price and four centralisation agreement prices based on estimated volume. The centralisation agreement involves target setting and anticipation, so that customers with the agreement can be offered an optimised supply and availability. Benefit -> through a centralisation agreement, a more efficient booking process for the customer, and improved and more relevant availability. Comprehensive solutions   The S-Business business card solution of the S Group is a new addition to our partnerships.
