 A Qualified Chartered Accountant ( & Inter ACS) with over 30 + years’ of experience in all
facets of Finance and Accounts, in addition to Business Development, Funds mobilization,
building up a cohesive team , writing manuals and also being a faculty for in-house training
programs.
 From 2011 March till 31st
May 2016 was Heading IT Services –Domestic Division of a Listed
Company, as Senior Vice President ( Finance & Operations) overseeing Corporate Finance,
Project Costing, MIS, Accounts, Budgeting, Commercial, HR, Administration & Business
Development, Board Meetings , Business review meetings & AGM. During the last 5 years of
my tenure the company has seen a CAGR growth of 18% in Revenues. Have significantly
contributed to Funds mobilization and also for business development. Reporting directly to
CMD/CEO of the company.

Controller – Units, Internal Auditor), and worked in all sectors such as Services that include IT
Services (over 9 years), Hospitals (5 and half years), Hotels (one and half year), Financial
services (including Hire Purchase and Leasing and Housing finance – 12 years) in addition to
Manufacturing and Trading Sectors (4 years).
 Worked with Premier Organisations such as SPIC, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), and Apollo
Group of Hospitals.
