MSN was Established in 2005 by an agreement of a
few professionals headed by Dr. Marwan Jabakhanji.
The group combined structural expertise and
experience in both design and installation of PT
works.
Now MSN comprises more than 70 staff members
between designers, drafting technicians, project
managers, project engineers and technicians.
MSN enjoys an excellent reputation amongst
contractors, consultants and most importantly
regulatory authorities across the UAE.
MSN Considered now the applicator PT system for
UEC in UAE and worlwide

MSN is on the leading edge be it with
applicable codes or design software and its
expert advice is sought in both areas.
Due to the Structural Engineering strength we
are frequently requested to look into structural
issues or structures with specific conditions
that are beyond “run of the mill” structures.
RAM Concept developers, Bentley use us for
their software testing as our use of it is most
extensive.
We also undertook with Bentley a one day
seminar in Abu Dhabi, four days training
course of PT design using RAM Concept in
Dubai and one day seminar of Kuala Lamoure
(Malaysia), both are conducted by Dr.
Jabakhanji.

MSN is headquartered in Dubai with a branches in all
the Emirates of UAE.
We carried out specific jobs in Saudi Arabia, Djibouti
and in Malaysia and some of these jobs have lead to
new ventures with local associates.

with Dr. Nik and Associates and in Saudi Arabia with Post
tensioned concrete Co. PTCO
Our relation with Bentley goes beyond a software
provider / end user relation. We are constantly in touch
with them for enhancement and improvements to the
program and we are trusted by them for testing their
new releases in the test phase.
We have also partnered with Bentley in education and
training as mentioned before.

( China academy of Buildings Research)
CABR Technology has about 5000 staff among them 75 professors

The ducting machines available in UAE and Saudi Arabia can produce
ducts of both types ( flat and spiral) for the two standard size 20 by 70mm
(for up to 5 strands) And 20 by 43mm (for up to 3 strands)

MSN Prestressed Concrete
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
The Lootah office towers are two high-end
commercial towers, each with
23 floors of office space, underground parking
levels, and a ground floor with landscaped
gardens. MSN Prestressed Concrete was retained
to design the post-tension slabs and suggest
possible cost-saving modifications to the
structures. The total capital cost of the project is
$85 million.
