To Whom It May Concern:
Attach you will find a copy of my resume. I am interested in
being considered for either a Per Diem or Part Time Social
Work position within your facility.
I retired in June 2014 as a Bilingual School Social Worker from
the New York City Department of Education. My early social
work professional career experience also includes my working
for several years within several hospitals including North
Central Bronx Hospital, Bronx Lebanon Hospital and Columbia
Presbyterian Hospital servicing both an inpatient and
outpatient population. My experiences included working in
the medical and psychiatric emergency room, OBS/GYN unit,
surgical medical unit as well as a psychiatric outpatient
adolescent program. While I fully enjoyed my career within the
New York City schools, my years within the hospital settings
were most rewarding.
I am eager to return to the fast pace of social work within a
hospital setting. I look forward to having this opportunity.
Thank You
Rosa M. Perez, LCSW-R
