 Daily stockreport generating and updating H.O for the stock
 Coordinating with Surveyors forPre- Inspection report and Repairs to be carried out
for the containers
 Coordinating with Vendors to get the workcompletion towards repairs
 Visiting Container Depot on monthly basis to know the status of Container
Equipment’s
 Releasing ExportDelivery order to customer to Ship the cargo through the container
on FIFO basis
 Coordinating with customer after releasing the Delivery order after 24 hrs to know
the status
Coordinating with POLofficesforloading the containers on priority.
 Coordinating with Destination and giving information’s once the shipment sailed
from the Origin
