JOINING BRIDGES TO BUILD MORE OPPORTUNITIES
Each person composing INEW certainly knows that is part of a space that connects bridges among worldwide institutions aimed at
generating exchanges between students and teachers, methodologies of work, in short, new opportunities. In order to meet these
goals and many others, agreements are executed with organizations that are recognized in their activities and interested in becoming
a member of this initiative.
The following has recently become INEW members:
Grupo de Investigación Didáctica (GID) - Spain
Grupo de Investigación Didáctica (Education Research Group, GID), from the University of
Seville, executed a cooperation agreement with INEW. This new alliance was achieved thanks to its
director, Julio Cabero Almenara, who committed himself to carry out joint actions aimed at
strengthening vocational training in pursuit of technological and qualitative analysis of
teaching and learning processes.
Fundación Dominicana de Ciegos (FUDCI) - Dominican Republic
Fundación Dominicana de Ciegos INC. (The Dominican Foundation of the Blind, FUDCI),
located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, has and generates knowledge of
typhological and specialized technological material for teaching, rehabilitation and
economic development purposes for the blind and visually-impaired population. As an
entity that provides advisory services to service entities, either national or territorial, public
and private, it projects its knowledge towards the enhancement of the
visually-handicapped population’s capital.
El Centro Industrial de los Panaderos del Uruguay (CIPU) - Uruguay
The Industrial Center of BakeryWorkers of Uruguay (Centro Industrial de los Panaderos del Uruguay, CIPU)
is located in Montevideo, Uruguay. It was organized in 1887 with the aim of providing specific and
specialized training in the bakery production areas.
Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje (INA) - Costa Rica
The National Learning Institute (Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje, INA) is an autonomous entity
that provides Training and Vocational Training Services for people above 15 and legal entities,
encouraging productive work in all the sectors of economy with the aim of enhancing the life
conditions and economic and social development of the country.
It seeks to be a quality, accessible, suitable and innovating education institution that contributes
to the development of people and the progress of the country.
Ingeniería del Sur (INSUR) - Argentina
INSUR is an Argentine company engaged in the design and manufacturing of training
equipment for teaching Technical Trades and Specialties.
For teachers, training equipment is a pedagogical tool that allows them to order and
program a series of practical works and experiences that facilitates and provides for an
appropriate learning environment.
For students, training equipment represents the possibility of having devices and
mechanisms available that are actually and often used within the environment of
industries, work shops, buildings and facilities in general.
