Flat glass → cut/boring/notch/polish/slight chamfer → tempering → Ultrasonic cleaning→ coating → printing →
attaching shatterproof film

Multi-angle Irradiation Line Light can get more clear and high contrast images comparing with traditional imaging solution
Sufficient brightness to work with line-scan camera under
its super-short exposure time
It provides uniform illumination for every direction, hence
the camera can get target images with uniform outer surfaces,
distinct details and high contrast, without spots and light glares .
Efficient heat dissipating ensures the light working 24
hours a day continuously, and no brightness decay at
normal operation condition, no need adjusting brightness
frequently in a year.
Constant current controller provide constant electricity,
the current accuracy up to 1%. ensuring the light intensity keep stable.

between the lens and LED board.
With fixed working distance, rotating
it clockwise, the lens-board distance
becomes larger and the emitting
surface width becomes smaller.
Otherwise, the result goes to the
opposite.
3. As the emitting surface width is OK,
tighten the screws on two sides
