Nexus is a Product of NTT DATA.
This tool is been design to keep track of all the employee currently working in Health Domain Services and for the
clients who are using NTT DATA Products. Here Client use to create CSR(Client Service Request) if he want any
change or find any issue with the application.
Using this tool client can keep track of all his CSR.
From employee perspective, this tool is used to create Call ticket, Service Request, Task and work according to those.
All work is been assign to by using this tool only. Employee have to do their Time Entry on different task as its keep
record all the activities. Here we can add new Customer and new Employee.
For Management purpose this tool is used to generate report of all kind.
This tool is also been used for Billing for Client.
