Click Enrol to start the
enrolment process.

Click Agree and Register
in the pop-up to proceed to
Step 1 – Enrolment; or

Click Exit to cancel.

Validate Referrer
1. Select Preferred
Language.
2. Enter Referrer’s IR ID.
3. Select the Country from
the dropdown list.
4. Click Verify Referrer to
confirm your referrer’s IR
ID and proceed to
Enrolment Info.

Enter Personal Details

Select Enrolment Type.
Select Title, enter your Last Name and First Name.
Enter Date of Birth, Email Address, Contact Number, Password and Preferred Language.
Enter Residential Address details.
Click Cancel to refresh the page.
Click Next to proceed to Step 2.
What’s New
You may directly purchase
virtual products after
Enrolment just by filling in the
info in this frame. However,
you must complete additional
info in your Virtual Office to
purchase physical products.

Confirm Placement
1. Enter the Preferred IR ID.
2. Click Verify Placement to
verify the IR ID.
3. Select TC Ext No..
4. Select Preferred
Placement (L / R).
5. Click Cancel to refresh
the page.
6. Click Continue to proceed
to Step 3.
Now the Referrers name will be
displayed if the IR ID is valid.

Review Agreement
1. Tick By clicking ‘Submit’ I agree that: checkbox to confirm you have read the
agreement terms.
2. Click Cancel to refresh page.
3. Click Submit to proceed to Payment.

1. Select Mode of Payment dropdown to display and select payment method.
2. Select Currency.

Click Cancel to refresh page.
Click Confirm to display Receipt page.

Fill in Payment Details (eCard)
1. Enter eCard and PIN.
2. Click Validate to verify the eCard details and balance.
3. Click Remove to enter new eCard details.
4. Click Cancel to refresh the page.
5. Click Confirm to confirm the payment and display Receipt page.
Note: Validate
will change to
Remove once
eCard is
already
validated.

1. Click Virtual Office to go to
your Virtual Office.
2. Click Shop to go to eStore.
3. Click Print Receipt to print
e-Receipt. If you do not
print, note the receipt
number for your records.

Until enrolment is fully
completed, a pop-up will
display every time you log in
to your Virtual Office.

If you dismiss the pop-up, you may do the following:
1. In the footer of your Virtual Office dashboard click My Profile to display submenu.
2. Click Complete Your Enrolment! link to complete enrolment information

III Purchase a physical product
1. When you purchase a physical product with incomplete enrolment info you will
be prompted to complete your enrolment at Checkout.
2. Click Complete Your Enrolment!

Note: Residential
Address is based on the
details entered during
initial enrolment.
2. Tick Same as above if
the Shipping Address
is the same as the
Residential Address .
