1. Fly Ash - The Fly Ash used to manufacture Fly Ash Bricks shall confirms to Grade I or Grade II as per IS 38 12: 19
81. SiO2 >_ 40 %, Al2O3 15 ~ 35%, SO3 _> 2 %, Loss on Ignition _< 12 %.
Suggested Proportion : 50 – 70 %
Minimum quantity required at the time of trial : 16 MT
2. Sand - Sand used to manufacture Fly ash bricks shall confirm to IS 1542: 1992. Sand should be medium
coarse dully sieved and free from any impurities like Stones, Grass Roots, Gravel.
Suggested Proportion : 20 – 40 %

3. Cement

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Price : Prices are on Ex Work Basis.
2. Taxes : Extra as applicable at the time of dispatch. Presently Local Tax / VAT/is 5 %.
3. Insurance : To be arranged by buyer.
4. Freight : Extra at Actuals and on To-Pay basis.
5. Delivery: 45 to 60 daysfrom the date of receipt of Purchase Order with the confirmation of
Brick size and advance payment.
6. Payment : Min 50% advance along with Purchase order. Balance 50% of basic price and
100% taxeswith“C” form& dutiesagainstourProformainvoice andpriortodispatch.All the payments shall be
made by meansof Cheque/DD/RTGS.The bank details will be provided separately at the time of placement of
order.
7. Validity : This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.
8. Warranty : We will provide 12 month warranty from the date of supply against any
manufacturing defect or bad workmanship but all bought out items will be guaranteed for the guarantee/
warrantyprovidedbyitsSupplier/Manufacturers.All rubber,plasticitemsandall electric/electronic items (like
Fuses, SSR, PLC) etc. shall not be covered under warranty/guarantee.
The warranty does not covers accidental damages caused by stones/unseived sand, misusage of system,
carelessness,transportation,positioningandassemblybreaking,badusage bythe Buyer’spersonnel,tampering,
usage of spare parts unknown and not recommended by the Seller.
The components subject to wear are excluded from the warranty.
NOTE: Daily preventive maintenance is mandatory to ensure proper performance.
9. Unloading : Buyerwill have tomake all necessaryarrangementforunloadingof Machine at
site.

10. Erection & Commissioning: Q Green will provide supervisionand technical support for Erection
and Commissioning through their technical team. Customer will have to arrange proper To and Fro (By First
Class AC Train/Flight), Loading, Boarding, local Conveyance to our technical expert.
11. Service under warranty : Q Green will provide on call services under warranty period. In this
case no service charge will be levied from the customer. Customer has to arrange proper To and Fro (By First
ClassAC Train/Flight),Loading, Boarding, local Conveyance to our technical expert. Other terms for warrantee
are as per point no. 8 given above
12. Civil work : Buyerwill have tocomplete all the foundation,shedand other related
work before dispatch of machine, Q Green will provide foundation drawing.
13. Electrification : Buyerwill have tocomplete all electricalrelated work before dispatch
of machine. Minimum required power must be available at the time of erection and commissioning.
14. Cancellation : Cancellation of order for any reason will attract charges 20% of the
total machine value.
15. Jurisdiction : All legal disputes will be subjected to jurisdiction of the competent
court of Pune (Maharashtra), INDIA only.
