10. APPLICATION OF PROJECT
 Fluid bunkering system is used in air, land, marine or river systems.
 In air system it is use in fighter jet, cargo plane etc.
 In land system it is use in Petrol pump etc.
In marine or river systems it is use in Ships, Boats etc.

 Copper layer is present on PCB.
 Copper thickness is 0.006mm.

14. ETCHING PROCESS
 Etching is a "subtractive" method.
 Acids used to remove unwanted copper.
 There is a risk of injuries due to the chemicals involved.

 Two Acid types that can be used for etching are ferric
chloride and Hydrochloric Acid.

 Put the board in the acid.

 Move the board on acid puts about 20
minutes.

 The PCB board is completely etched then wash it with water.

19. BACK SIDE OF BOARD:-
 Removing the Ink using sand
paper.

 Cover the tracks with proper amount of lead and
make the PCB more perfect to future soldering.

PCB  Joining metals.

USE

 The controller operates at (0-5V) where as the serial
communication in PC works on RS232 standards (-25 V to +
25V). This makes it difficult to establish a direct link between
them to communicate with each other.

 It can be used to transmit and receive data at multiple
baud rates from any standard CMOS/TTL source.

 This project is use for the advance transferring
of fluids.
 It has wide applications in air, land, marine or
river systems.
 It is helpful for fluid transformation purposes
with zero losses and less time consumption.
