JOB PROFILE :-
 Working as a QA QC Engineer and looking after the various Piping & Structural
Fabrication & Erection work & Assembly and Erection of Ship loader and Ship
Unloader. And their Inspection & Testing.
KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS:-
My job responsibilities include the following areas:-
 Inspection & Quality Control of A/G & U/G Piping Fabrication & Erection work.
 Conduct all stage-wise Inspection as per approved ITP with Client.
 Inspection and Alignment of Structure and Equipment.
 WPS review and verification.
 Visual inspection of weld joints.
 Surveillance during PWHT & Preheat activity.
 Continuous monitoring of weld consumables.
 Review of QC documents
 Familiar with different welding processes such as SMAW, SAW, GTAW, and FCAW.
 Familiar with different grades of material such as Carbon Steel, NACE, LTCS, etc.
 Stage-wise Inspection as per QC plan of piping like Material identification, Fit-up,
Weld Visual, NDT Clearance, Dimensions & level check, mechanical clearance.
 To evaluate non-destructive testing (RT and PT) of weld joints as per ASME Section
VIII acceptance standards.
 Familiar with ASME B31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME Sec I, Sec II, Sec V, sec VIII, Sec IX.
 Documentation of quality records as per ISO standards.
 Interpretation of RT films as per ASME Section VIII Acceptance Standards.
 Preparation of RT and PWHT billing
 To conduct Hydro Test & Pneumatic test as per standard procedures.
 Conducting Welder Qualification Test and Monitoring Welder Performance.
 Coordination of all piping activities with client consultants and sub-contractors for
smooth progress of job
 Inspection & Quality Control of Ship loader & Ship-unloader
 Assembly & Erection of Ship loader & Ship-unloader
