The abstractshould state whatwas actually carried out and the conclusions from it.Table of contents,lists of
figures,tables and abbreviations were good,I would have had the table of contents before the lists offigures,
tables and abbreviations.
Chapter one, Introduction - A reasonablygood introduction,would have liked a little more in depth background
information on ACC Concrete itselfand the context of motivation.
Chapter two, Literature review – A reasonablygood in depth literature review the only thing that slightlyspoiltit
was page 17 being in the wrong place.
Chapter three, Methodology – A good review of research methodologyand explained well.
Chapter four, Data presentation and analysis – some good analysis ofresults from both the questionnaires and
interviews.
Chapter five, Results and discussions – good review of the results well done.
Chapter six, Conclusions and recommendations – some good recommendations,well done.
Chapter seven, Personal development – a reasonable review of personal developmentwith respectto the
dissertation,whataboutthe MBA in general.
Good references and appendices (which were referenced in the dissertation).

Your chapter one provides a clearly relevant discussion that demonstrates a sound development of a strategic
basis for the dissertation. It highlights clearly relevant research objectives with some relevant rationale.
Chapter 2 provides a sound and well-referenced literature review that demonstrates a comprehensive and logical
understanding of relevant academic literature and a sound and logical argument. An insightful discussion that
highlights gaps in the literature whilst providing an adequate critical evaluation of relevant contextual themes.
Chapter 3 provides a sound rationale for the research methodologies you adopted. However, it was unclear why
the CPO (page 28) is the most appropriate for the research. What is his job role?
Chapter 4 provides a clear and well-structured discussion of research findings, good use of charts and statistical
interpretation.You highlighted some important themes, which are relevant in regards to your research objectives.
There was a clear synthesis of your research findings to research objectives and the literature reviewed.
