DITEC engine. As one of the world’s biggest
tractor makers, Mahindra applied their
extensive experience with diesel engines when
developing the DITEC. The goal was to give
VX90 ample and reliable power combined
with maximum efficiency.
As such, the robust DITEC combines best-
in-class fuel efficiency with infrequent oil
changes to keep downtime to a minimum.
And by combining direct injection (DI) with a
turbocharger and intercooler, the 58.8kW
engine offers power and torque at low revs.
