Talent Coaching is a unique event organized every year by the IMBA section of the Vlerick Alumni. Its purpose is to bring together a group of bright, ambitious, business-minded people in a relaxed, informal environment and enable them to learn from the best of Belgium\'s outstanding executives and entrepreneurs. Networking is key to Talent Coaching, and the event is specifically designed to create networking opportunities, to let participants get to know each other. Talent Coaching emphasizes conversation among peers in an atmosphere of equality. Every year Talent Coaching has a different theme; in 2009 the focus is on building successful corporate careers.
