Concept Mini is advertising that their cars are small but comfortable, sporty and stylish looking cars.  This is shown through the concept of the tin tuna can opener. The tuna can opener representing that it is small.  The sporty and comfortable looks of the car is shown through the leather interior and exterior looks of the convertible.
Audience Reactions The tin tuna can concept can impact the audiences thoughts in different ways.  The concept of the tin tuna can is to show that the car is small but still comfortable, sporty and stylish. Although this is a clever concept, the audience could misunderstand the concept and think that the car is so small that it would be uncomfortable and don’t want a car that will squash them like tin tuna!
Audiences Interpretation The concept is fairly simple and the majority of people would get that Mini are advertising that the car is small, but still comfortable. The young business group would also know that this is a sporty and comfortable car by the look of the leather interior and shape of the car.
