Brief Description As a HR Project Trainee, my study is confined to the workers only

facilities including statutory & non-statutory compliances to their
workers i.e. key assets of a manufacturing plant, to enhance their
morale, So that they become more productive & be loyal with the
company till superannuation.

Brief Description As a HR Project Trainee, my study has been conducted from the
employees working for Recruitment process.
HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD seems to be moving its right lines as far as
its recruitment strategy is concerned and since recruitment is carried out
on a mass scale.
