Land Acknowledgement
Simcoe County District School Board acknowledges that we
are situated on the traditional land of the Anishinaabeg
people. We acknowledge the enduring presence of First
Nation, Metis and Inuit people on this land and are committed
to moving forward in the spirit of reconciliation and respect."

Our Kindergarten to grade 2 students are off to Angus
Morrison this morning for a presentation. We look forward to
hearing about it along with our Grade 3 to 5s who go part way
through the day.
Grade 6 to 8 students are going to Angus Morrison for a
different performance on Wed. first thing in the morning.

Earth Day is when people around the world hold events
to honor our home planet -- and to remind everyone
about the importance of our ecosystem.
On Thursday we will be celebrating Earth Day here at
Pine River.
On the whiteboard outside of the office, write about one
small change you will make to help our planet.
