Land Acknowledgement
Simcoe County District School Board acknowledges that we
are situated on the traditional land of the Anishinaabeg
people. We acknowledge the enduring presence of First
Nation, Metis and Inuit people on this land and are committed
to moving forward in the spirit of reconciliation and respect.

Congratulations to all of the cross country runners who
participated in the regional meet yesterday at Sunnidale park!
You were all amazing and made us very proud representing
Pine River! Special congratulations go to Iris M. and
Cheyenne C. who have qualified for the county meet at
Mount. St. Louis next week!

ECO school update - we are placing green bins in all
classrooms. These small green bins are for food only,
nothing else but food. Containers go in blue bins and paper
goes in the gray bin. Gr. 6 students who eat in the primary
classes if you are interested in helping students learn “what
goes in what bin” please see Mrs. Howlett-Lowe at first break.
