- 40. 21st Century Skills (4Cs) When you create learning experiences for your learners, make sure that you incorporate the 4Cs into your lesson planning. Link them to your SAMR model. Decide how you can best use technology to substitute old ways of doing things. Push your learners to use technology to communicate their understanding, collaborate with others to share and test their understanding in a critical way, and create a visual or audio resource to demonstrate their creativity in solving problems.

Recommendations For teachers to upgrade To run school based workshops to teachers To join in social media platforms to learn, share and collaborate with other teachers To attend online webinars where they train educators on how to use technology tools to drive and enhance teaching and learning To prioritize teaching aids that speak to 4IR era To amend school code of conduct that prohibit the use of cellphones in schools To draw code of conduct that goes in line with the use of technology tools in class.
