• Supervises 14 company personnel performing facility electrical and mechanical
maintenance, staff/visitor security enforcement, environmental services duties, and
customer service care.
• Selects and oversees outside maintenance contractors performing HVAC, elevator,
sheet rock repair, painting, and roofing repairs in the facility.
• Responsible for the maintenance and scheduled upkeep of the facility hot water and
chilled water cooling systems plants.
• Conducts daily facility safety walk through inspection. Responsible for providing a safe
environment for 75 staff members and 440,000 annual visitors.
• Responsible for budgeting and ordering all items required to repair facility HVAC,
electrical, and plumbing components.
• Wrote the curriculum for the organization’s OSHA and active shooter training. Provides
monthly classroom safety training for the organization’s employees.
• Coordinated the planning, budgeting, and was overall responsible for the updating of
the facility infrastructure which included the new building automation system, cooling
tower upgrade, and overhaul of the hot water loop system.
• Responsible for creating and managing the annual $1.2 million facility maintenance and
repair budget.

Senior Executive Leader and Safety Officer
• Achieved the United States Navy rank of Master Chief Petty Officer, the
highest enlisted rank in the United States Navy (E-9). Completed 24 years of
Naval Service.
• Performed the duties as Safety Officer for a large US Naval Aviation training
station. Was responsible for the safety training and education for over 450
military and civilian personnel.
• Supervised 150 maintenance personnel, as a US Navy maintenance manager,
performing maintenance on aircraft and non aviation equipment including
recreational and gym equipment.
• Trained 53 students in the proper handling and storage of hazardous waste material.
• Operated and managed three hazardous waste storage sites that were considered model
facilities by the Naval Air Station Environmental Manager.
