2007-2010 Policom AS / Embriq Systems AS
Head of Development / Solutions Architect
Redesigned and raised the technology stack for 8 years to the existing
product Policom+, as well as developing new solutions/products for
existing and new markets. This also involved building all central
website software from scratch. Introduced Scrum methodology with
TFS as the underlying source code/project tool.
Policom+ is an AMS (automated measuring system) that centrally
gathers meter readings from households/cabins and business
customers. The data is submitted to KIS for invoicing.
NettGrid is a system for monitoring the low voltage networks of
network owners. The purpose is to optimise operation and predict
capacity problems further along the network. By performing balance
readings between transformers and AMS data, theft of electricity can
be reduced.
2005-2007 Hands ASA (Advania)
Product Supervisor / Solutions Architect
Based on 8 different web-based customer deliveries, there was a
desire to re-design the entire platform to a product suited to the
various customers. The solution comprised hour registration, reporting
and integration with MS AX. In collaboration with Teleplan (now
Mbriq), an equivalent mobile solution for lawyers was developed.

ISP/ASPs value-added services such as publishing, Intranet and e-
commerce for both mobile and regular browsers. As well as

Implemented the Internet publishing solution on all the company's web
pages. ActiveISP was one of the largest ISPs in Europe with a
presence in over 19 countries. The system became fully integrated
with its ERP system.

KPMG:
Based on the publishing solution, a survey generator was built for
KPMG that was used in 7 countries.
CTC:
One of the projects was to develop a MOM (Management, Operation
and Maintenance) solution capable of housing 10,000 documents
including everything from instruction manuals, certificates, brochures,
etc. The solution celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2011.
