 Automated the accounts payable and receivables database for our client, reducing search time to less than 1 minute and data updating to a maximum of 3 minutes. Will allow for renegotiations on payment terms with main suppliers. 
 Translated a document from Portuguese to English about the financial and expense policies of our client and its main shareholder. 
 Contributed to create an efficient cash management process for our client, enabling the latter to have a better and more transparent budgeting policy on a weekly basis.

 Contributed to the creation of financial models for clients (e.g.: growth projection scenario, balance sheets, P & L). 
 Created a cash management process for several clients, enabling a tighter control on operational and daily expenses.

 Automated the administration of management, commercial tasks and follow-ups, reducing average door-to-door delivery delays from 1 month to 1 week. 
 Created a new packaging method that improved and facilitated client stocking
