COO of All Points Logistics, Inc.,
Phil Monkress performs such
duties as directing all support
activities and formulating all
aspects of projects. Phil
Monkress has worked at the
service-disabled, veteranowned small business for well
over a decade. Outside of work,
he also supports such veteran’s
causes as Warriors Pathfinder
Program.

families require assistance
during and after a soldier’s
deployment, Warriors Pathfinder
Program offers services that
pick up where standard
veterans services leave off.
Warriors Pathfinder has
developed services designed to
meet the distinctive needs of
veterans and their families
based on such criteria as
specific skills and objectives.

4. Services provided by the
Warriors Pathfinder Program
cover such general categories
as wellness, employment, and
mentoring. Because veterans
and their families encounter
critical limitations in such forms
as post-traumatic stress
disorders and homelessness,
Warriors Pathfinder engages in
wellness services that provide
homeless advocacy, anger
management raining, and
opportunities for therapy.

5. Individuals seeking employment
may receive help identifying
skills and goals, job coaching,
and employment search
assistance. Mentors with
Warriors Pathfinder help
veterans with specific types of
assistance as well as offering a
consistent and safe
environment of support.
